Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am.

Reception is not staffed 24 hours and we do not offer after-hours check-in. If you expect to arrive in the evening, call (02) 4945 2847 before you set off so we can arrange for someone to meet you.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the rate and room type you book, and are displayed before you confirm your booking. Please read them at checkout. If you are unsure, call reception before you pay.

Payment

Cash and EFTPOS. Payment is taken in Australian dollars.

Pets

Pets are not accommodated. Assistance animals are always welcome and are not affected by this policy.

Smoking

The property is 100% non-smoking. This applies to all rooms and all indoor areas. Cleaning costs will be charged where this is not observed.

Children and extra guests

Children are welcome. Maximum occupancy varies by room type — please call (02) 4945 2847 and confirm what your group needs before booking, as we do not publish occupancy figures we cannot stand behind.

Quiet hours and consideration

This is a small property with seventeen rooms and shared walls. Please keep noise down after 10:00 pm. Guests who disturb others may be asked to leave.

The pool

The outdoor saltwater pool is unsupervised — there is no lifeguard. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass in the pool area.

Damage

Guests are responsible for damage to the room or its contents during their stay.

There are no lifts; upper-level rooms are reached by stairs. Please see our accessible accommodation page and call us before booking.
