Check-in
Reception 2–8 PM. After hours, let yourself in with a personal key code we send before arrival — through your own private entrance.
Check-out
By 10 AM. Need a little flexibility? Ask reception and we'll do our best.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival when you book direct. After that, standard terms apply at the booking engine.
Deposit
A $200 refundable security deposit applies, returned after checkout once the studio is in good order.
Card surcharge
A small card-payment surcharge may apply at the secure booking engine — always shown before you pay.
Parking
Free secure undercover parking on-site, including accessible bays. Park and walk straight to your door.
No lift
Upper-floor studios are reached by stairs. Accessible ground-floor units are available — just ask when you book.
Kitchenette
Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and cookware in every studio. No stovetop — set up for easy meals and coffee.
House rules
Non-smoking and pet-free, with quiet hours 8 PM–7 AM so everyone rests. Be a good neighbour on the lane.
Aparthotel, not a motel
Twenty-two self-contained studios with kitchenettes and private entrances — more apartment than motel room, minus the resort frills.
Occupancy
Studios sleep 2–3 depending on the room. Bed configurations and max guests are listed on each room page.
