Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us or from our booking provider. Rates are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Rates shown on this website
The rates published on this site are indicative nightly rates for two guests. Live rates and availability are confirmed at the time of booking and may differ by date, season and length of stay. We publish our rates openly because we think you should be able to see them, but the rate that applies to your stay is the one confirmed at checkout.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation terms depend on the rate booked and are shown before you confirm. Failure to arrive without notice may be charged in accordance with those terms.
Your stay
Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Our policies page forms part of these terms. We may decline or end a stay where guests damage property, disturb other guests, or behave unlawfully.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage to guests' property except to the extent caused by our negligence. The swimming pool is unsupervised and is used at your own risk.
This website
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Descriptions, photographs and distances are provided in good faith — distances and drive times are typical-conditions estimates, not guarantees. Photographs labelled as nearby locations show those places, not this property.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
