What we collect
When you make a booking or send us an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, stay dates, and any requests or requirements you tell us about. Payment is processed at the property or through our booking provider; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Why we collect it
To take and manage your booking, to contact you about your stay, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to answer your questions. That is all.
This website
This is a static website. It does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party tracking scripts, and does not build a profile of you. Our web host may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostic purposes.
Booking is handled by a third-party reservation provider on a separate website, which has its own privacy policy. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log the request.
Who we share it with
Our booking provider, and anyone we are legally required to disclose to. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your booking and for as long as Australian tax and business record-keeping law requires.
