What we can confirm
The property has facilities for guests with disability. This is listed consistently across our own records and every booking channel.
There are no lifts. The two-storey front block is reached by stairs only. If stairs are a problem, you need a ground-floor room — say so when you book.
Ground-floor rooms have parking directly outside the door. There is no car park to cross, no corridor, and no kerb between the car and the room on the ground-floor rooms.
The Standard Queen and Family Room are ground floor. The Family Room, at the rear, is also the quietest room on the property.
Assistance animals are always welcome, notwithstanding our general no-pets policy.
What you should ask us
We have not published doorway widths, bathroom grab-rail positions, shower thresholds, turning circles or path-of-travel gradients, because we have not measured them and publishing a guess would be worse than publishing nothing.
Please ring (02) 4945 2847 before you book and tell us what you need. We will go and look at the room and give you a straight answer. If we cannot meet your requirements, we will say so rather than take the booking.

If you have booked and something about the room does not work for you on arrival, tell reception immediately. We have seventeen rooms and some flexibility, but only while you are standing in front of us.
